Kim is inspired by the dramatic changes she sees as people discover that growth is not only possible, but likely with the right support.

Kim also serves as Director of Coaching for The Center for Purposeful Leadership in Minneapolis.

Prior to coaching, Kim spent 25 years in the energy industry at Chevron as a leader in people development, talent management, and human resources. She believes an integral approach that unifies all significant facets of your life toward desired outcomes is essential to true development. Kim emphasizes the positive physiology of performance using three building blocks:  Create safety (I am safe); Foster appreciation (I am valued); Invite discovery (I am learning).

Outside of coaching, Kim is married and raising two teenaged sons, exploring nature in the Sierra Nevada region of California.
